Dean S. Bennett received his undergraduate degree (B.S., Summa Cum Laude) from Brigham Young University, and received his law degree (J.D., Cum Laude) from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School. While in law school, Dean was a member of BYU's Moot Court Team.

Dean is admitted to practice in Nevada (1997) and Arizona (2005). He was a litigation associate with the Las Vegas firm of Hutchison and Steffen. For over 20 years he practiced real estate and transactional law with the Las Vegas firm of Holley Driggs, where he was a shareholder with the firm. In 2015, Dean became general counsel for MRG Marketing & Management, Inc., the then-franchisee for Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers™ in Nevada and Arizona. Dean continues to serve as general counsel for Kairoc USA.

Dean prides himself on being accessible and responsive to clients, and in helping be part of the solution in bringing a deal to fruition.

Dean enjoys volunteering for worthy charitable causes, including the Arthritis Foundation, Goodie Two Shoes, Three Square, and Las Vegas Rescue Mission.

Over two-plus decades, Dean has worked on a wide variety of real estate transactions through the Las Vegas valley, the state of Nevada, and the southwest United States. The value represented in these transactions is in the billions of dollars.

Dean has extensive experience with commercial real estate leasing, purchase and sale transactions, commercial financing transactions, creation of commercial and residential associations and planned communities, and related matters.

In addition to these transactions, Dean has helped individuals purchase and sell homes and commercial properties.
